Its inspiration lies beneath the skin of tropical fruit. Through precision jacquard knitting, the fabric surface develops plump, dimensional granular textures resembling pineapple skin or corn kernels — distinct reliefs, rich to the touch. This is not post-finish embossing; it is a three-dimensional gene cultivated from the very beginning of weaving.
We select high-fineness 150D/288F polyester DTY, paired with 100D polyester base yarn, to create an exceptionally fine, luxuriant plush foundation. At 220 GSM, it retains the signature softness and loft of Sherpa fleece while endowing garments with a well-balanced, crisp silhouette. With a 170cm width, it is tailored for efficient cutting.
