Product Code V17121102. We present a fabric that gives classic corduroy modern stretch — the 2×2 Drop Needle Stretch Velour.
Its texture follows the order of fine horizontal ribs. The 2×2 drop needle structure weaves clear, delicate horizontal stripes — like the classic soul of corduroy, like the elegant arrangement of piano keys. The ribs are full and dimensional, with a plush feel, catching light and shadow to create flowing contrasts.
Its stretch comes from the intelligence of covered spandex. 75D polyester wrapped around 40D spandex acts as an invisible framework, delivering comfortable four-way stretch and excellent recovery. The blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex gives 270 GSM both crisp structure and soft drape. At 160cm width, it leaves ample room for creative cutting of jackets, coats, and pants.
