Its protection comes from the dual power of FR acrylic and fluorescent dyeing. 60% flame-retardant acrylic blended with 40% cotton builds a permanent fire barrier from the yarn source — self-extinguishing upon contact with flame, inhibiting flame spread, providing reliable safety for protective apparel. Fluorescent yellow dyeing makes the fabric highly visible in low-light environments, adding an extra layer of safety for workers in hazardous conditions.
Its craft involves multiple precision processes. FR acrylic-cotton yarn is knitted on a large terry circular machine, then undergoes fluorescent dyeing, brushing, and finishing to create a plush, soft pile. At 350 GSM, it gives protective outerwear both crisp structure and wearing comfort.
