Product Code V230204. We present a fabric that gives polyester the soul of cotton — the Low-Temperature Steamed Cotton-Like Velour.
Its touch is the gift of steaming. 100D/144F high-fineness polyester and 100D/36F polyester interweave, then undergo low-temperature steam setting that gently reshapes the fiber structure — the pile emerges with the natural softness and matte luster of cotton or linen, yet without cotton’s tendency to wrinkle or shrink. Every stroke feels like touching time-washed pure cotton fabric.
Its warmth comes from the DNA of velvet. At 225 GSM lightweight, after shearing, the pile becomes fine, plush, with a soft, restrained luster. At 152cm width, it leaves ample room for creative cutting of jackets, coats, and sweatsuits.
It is made for designs that crave the hand-feel of cotton but need the performance of polyester. Let polyester learn cotton’s gentleness, let warmth compromise no more.
