Run with Qidong Marathon, Victory all the way. 启马而行，所向皆赢
This is Suzhou Victory Textile Co., Ltd. In the early morning of March 29, 2026, I drove more than 130 kilometers to Qidong, Nantong. Located at the southeast end of Jiangsu Province and the north bank of the Yangtze River Estuary, Qidong is the place where the sun rises earliest in Jiangsu. Surrounded by water on three sides, it faces the river and the sea, blending the beauty of rivers and seas with profound cultural heritage, and is also a vibrant coastal city in the Yangtze River Delta. I made this trip specially to participate in the 2nd Zhangjian Marathon, measuring the river and sea scenery of this city with my footsteps and challenging my own limits.
I signed up for the half marathon and was placed in Zone B, while Zone A was for full marathon runners. This event was completely different from my previous running experiences. The full marathon Group A started at 7:30 with a gunshot, and our half marathon Group B started 6 minutes later, officially at 7:36. The unique zone starting mode made the event orderly and allowed every runner to have a more comfortable starting experience. The starting point of the event was set in Qitang City, a well-known immersive Tang-style paradise in Qidong, covering an area of 250,000 square meters. It reproduces the architectural style of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and its five major theme blocks show the prosperity of Tang Dynasty markets. The immersive interactive performances of NPCs make people feel the charm of Tang Dynasty for thousands of years. Starting the running journey in such an ancient scene is of special significance.
The half marathon track has distinctive features. The first 2 to 3 kilometers run under the coastal defense embankment, and then from then on to about 13 kilometers, it runs on the embankment. Running against the wind the whole way, every step has to fight against the wind, making the running process extremely laborious, but the sea scenery along the way can heal all fatigue. The scenery of the Yellow Sea is unique. There are one or two kilometers of silt flats near the shore, and clear sea water can only be seen after walking for a long time. There are also several artificial beaches under construction along the way, which will become more beautiful coastal landscapes in the future. The most shocking scenery along the track is the large number of wind turbines. Within hundreds of square kilometers inside the embankment, the windmills rotate with the wind, creaking. Running under the huge windmills, people feel small, and can also feel the magnificence of the integration of nature and clean energy.
When I ran to the 16th kilometer, my body gradually reached the limit, my legs became heavier and heavier, my pace dropped from more than 6 minutes per kilometer to more than 7 minutes, and I clearly felt that my physical strength was not as good as before. Before the pandemic, my half marathon results could basically be stable within 2 hours. Although my condition has declined now, I never thought of giving up. Fortunately, the event supplies were very thoughtful, with supply points every kilometer after the 16th kilometer, providing sufficient energy for runners. I slowed down, walked while running, replenished water at each supply point, ate some chocolate, energy gel, bananas and small bread, and slowly recovered my physical strength with these supplies, gritting my teeth and persisting towards the finish line.
After a long run, I finally finished the race safely, with a final net time of 2 hours, 17 minutes and 12 seconds. Although the result is not as good as before, this journey of running against the wind made me overcome physical fatigue and mental slackness. Every step of persistence is of great significance. Marathon is never just a competition of speed, but a dialogue with myself, and a spiritual persistence of not giving up and moving forward bravely. In the windward run by the rivers and seas, I once again defeated myself, gained a unique sense of achievement as a runner, and also remembered the river and sea customs and running charm of Qidong City.
这里是苏州维特瑞纺织。2026年3月29日凌晨3点多，我驱车130多公里，奔赴南通启东。启东坐落于江苏东南端、长江入海口北岸，是江苏日出最早的地方，濒海临江三面环水，兼具江海灵秀与人文底蕴，也是长三角极具活力的滨海之城。此行我专程参加第二届张謇马拉松，用脚步丈量这座城市的江海风光，挑战自我极限。
我报名的是半程马拉松，被分在B区，A区则是全程马拉松选手。这次赛事和以往参赛经历截然不同，全程组A区7点30分准时鸣枪起跑，我们半程B区则延后6分钟，7点36分正式开跑，独特的分区起跑方式，让赛事秩序井然，也让每位跑者都能拥有更舒适的起跑体验。赛事起跑点设在启唐城，这里是启东知名的沉浸式唐风乐园，占地25万平方米，复刻盛唐建筑风貌，五大主题街区尽显大唐市井繁华，NPC沉浸式互动演绎，让人身临其境感受千年唐韵，在古韵十足的场景中开启奔跑之旅，别有一番意义。
半程马拉松赛道颇具特色，前2至3公里穿行在海防大堤下方，随后一直到13公里左右，都在大堤之上奔跑。全程逆风而行，每一步都要对抗风力，奔跑过程格外费力，但沿途的海景足以治愈所有疲惫。黄海之景独具特色，近岸有一两公里的淤泥滩涂，前行许久方能望见澄澈海水，途中还有几处人工沙滩正处于施工建设中，未来将成为更美的滨海景观。赛道沿途最震撼的风景，莫过于成片的风电大风车，大堤内侧数百平方公里的区域内，风车迎风转动，吱吱作响，人奔跑在庞大的风车之下，顿感自身渺小，也更能感受到自然与清洁能源融合的壮美。
跑到16公里时，身体渐渐到达极限，双腿愈发沉重，配速从之前的6分多钟掉到7分多钟，明显感觉到体力大不如前。疫情之前，我的半程马拉松成绩基本能稳定在2小时以内，如今状态虽有下滑，但我从未想过放弃。好在赛事补给十分贴心，16公里之后每一公里都设有补给点，为跑者提供充足能量。我放慢脚步，边跑边走，在每个补给点都补充水分，吃些巧克力、能量胶、香蕉和小面包，靠着这些补给一点点恢复体力，咬牙坚持向着终点前行。
漫长的奔跑后，我终于安全完赛，最终净成绩2小时17分12秒。虽然成绩不及以往，但这场逆风奔跑的旅程，让我克服了身体的疲惫与心理的懈怠，每一步坚持都意义非凡。马拉松从来不止是速度的较量，更是与自我的对话，是不放弃、勇向前的精神坚守。在江海之畔的逆风奔跑中，我再一次战胜自我，收获了独属于跑者的成就感，也记住了启东这座城市的江海风情与奔跑魅力。
