Product Code V260705. We present a fabric that blends the crispness of polyester with the softness of rayon — the TR Double-Brushed Single-Sheared Polar Fleece.
Its texture follows the classic narrative of polar fleece. 32s TR yarn interwoven with 100D polyester, finished with double-side brushing and single-side shearing, creates a lush, fine pile with evenly distributed particles. As fluffy as clouds, yet more skin-friendly and breathable than pure polyester fleece.
Its durability comes from anti-pilling technology. Special finishing keeps the pile surface neat and fresh even after repeated wear and washing — no pilling, long-lasting newness. 75% polyester provides crisp structure and abrasion resistance, while 25% rayon adds natural softness and moisture absorption, making it ideal for technical outerwear and casual comfort alike.
At 330 GSM, it gives jackets crisp structure and a warm embrace. At 160cm width, it leaves ample room for creative cutting in fashion.
